I know a lot of people are still skeptical about the power of hypnosis. Clinical hypnosis is not like stage hypnosis which is done purely for entertainment. Hypnotherapy is a way to help people to change old messages, behaviors and patterns so they live life in a more positive powerful way.
When someone is put into a deeply relaxed state it’s possible to bypass the critical area of your mind (the conscious) and give suggestions directly to your subconscious to help you to build stepping stones so you become more confident which in turn allows you to feel more powerful about dealing with challenges like panic attacks, anxiety, limiting beliefs, chemotherapy or decreasing stress. Weight loss, smoking cessation, fear of speaking or exam taking and much, much more!
Hypnosis is a very powerful tool and can be used for a variety of challenges. To stop smoking, lose weight, change limiting beliefs, to ease side effects of chemotherapy, increase self confidence, decrease stress and change negative thinking among others.
However, it’s not a magic pill that can alter everything overnight.
This is not about having one session with a hypnotherapist. You have to be willing to consciously apply different actions to your daily life so that the new thoughts have time to take root.
Will hypnosis succeed where other methods have not worked? Obviously there is no guarantee about anything however hypnosis is very powerful so, just like changing a computer program you can change your subconscious mindset programming to make your thought process more positive and powerful if you make the commitment to follow through and become consciously aware daily.
