Next month I’m going to be 80, which truthfully I almost can’t believe. I occasionally find myself saying “where did the years go?”
2020 was a very challenging year for a lot of people but I’m hoping that out of all the chaos you learned a little something. My intention is to live until I’m at least 100, God willing with all my faculties and a sharp mind. One thing I do know is that I am going to make the most of every moment.
Don’t let special moments slip past you, celebrate and be grateful for something every day!
Whatever you do, it’s about celebrating your life. Each day is a gift and if you let the days pass without any acknowledgement you lose precious moments and memories.
I was recently asked two questions. Did I have any regrets and what was I grateful for? My answers; I wake up alive each morning and I’m really grateful to be here and to have been spared from getting Covid.
As for regrets, I don’t really have any although there are times that had I known what I know today I would have changed my life sooner. Other than that, I can honestly say I don’t have any regrets.
Even when things are a little more challenging, see them as learning moments. Follow your own path. If you listen carefully your own intuition will guide you to the decisions that are right for you and never allow fear to get in your way.
‘Til Next Time
Have a splendid week
