
I don’t know about you but the last 18 months seem to have absolutely flown by and here we are coming into the last quarter of 2021.
It was November 2019 and a year after the death of my husband and I was finally starting to get back to working again after a 3 year hiatus.
I was looking forward to the beginning of a new year and had started planning for a new chapter in my life. No-one, during that holiday period, knew just how upside down the world was going to become and how many things in life were going to change.
I think it was around the beginning of February when we first heard about Covid19. Although a little concerned because of my age and having COPD/Asthma, I did my own research and found out that in order not to get sick or end up in the hospital, I needed to take some precautions which is what I did.
However one of the things I decided was that I absolutely would not buy into all the fear that was going around at that time.
Remember last week how I said our minds are our greatest asset but can also be our biggest problem. It’s at times like these that there can be a constant tug of war between your conscious and subconscious thoughts mainly because people don’t understand how the subconscious area of the mind works. Without even realizing it, your subconscious takes over and any kind of negative thinking that may be lying dormant comes back up again.
