
For nearly 30 years I’ve focused on coaching using hypnosis as a tool to help people make many different changes in their lives.
During the last year everything has been upside down for many people, including myself so I decided moving forward, to hone in on hypnotherapy, mainly because it allows people to achieve the outcomes they want in any area of life much faster.
I’m not talking about stage hypnosis which is done for entertainment, this is clinical hypnotherapy which is used for changing unwanted behaviors or habits.
I was thinking of all the ways hypnosis has been able to help people and I find it very exciting to know that by understanding the power of this technique you can release unwanted weight, decrease stress, increase confidence, conquer fears, overcome panic attacks and much more.
Plus I also do custom work for people having chemo. So they don’t have the nasty side effects.
Our minds are our greatest asset but can also be our biggest problem. Everything we do and every outcome we achieve is the result of what our brain tells us and, for most people their lives are a constant tug of war between their conscious and subconscious thoughts, more often than not because people don’t understand how the subconscious area of the mind works.
