Deborah Hilgerman was born in Canada and immigrated to the United States at 8 years old. She is a mother and grandmother living in Ventura County for over 50 years. Deborah attended schools locally including Hueneme High School and Ventura Jr College. After a successful 28-year career in the hospitality industry as a commercial Group Room Sr. Sales/Event Manager, Deborah's decided in 2013 to make a career and industry change. Her husband convinced her to look at his field of expertise which is health insurance/employee benefits industry. Deborah found that working with people to help navigate the world of health insurance produced extremely gratifying results.
